MS Office 2007 not responding in VISTA – challenge withXerox Phaser 3117printer Driver?
Since upgrading to MS Office 2007 I obtain a “not responding” whenever I use Excel, WORD or Outlook – suggestions appear to point to a clash with anXerox Phaser 3117driver for my printer (F2100 sequence). Any ideas?
I know this does not specifically remedy your question but – I switched from MS Office to Open Office about six months ago, and never looked back again – I’ve aXerox Phaser 3117printer also (Vista O/S)

It’s a Cost-free download – and looks & feels like MS Office. Attempt it yourself- you are able to always uninstall it if you don’t like it.
